At the core of my approach is the belief that pain, whether emotional or physical, needs to be honored, respected, and felt. This doesn’t mean letting pain dictate our lives, but rather the opposite: by learning how to honor our emotions, we can lead an empowered life. Using a foundation of the 8 Dimensions of Well-Being, proactivity and self-advocacy are paramount in my approach to each of my services. I use evidence-based practices of psychology, neurology, kinesiology, and mind-body medicine to help you transform your lifestyle.
