Since 2020, there has been a steady rise in burnout, stress, and general disdain. From interpersonal struggles to workplace dissatisfaction, everyone is dealing with varying levels of overwhelm and chaos at all times. Many of us are stuck in survival mode, which only furthers the importance of my mission of taking you from surviving to thriving.

The phrase “emotional intelligence” gets thrown around a lot, but what exactly does it mean?
